10+ rhubarb seeds hand harvested from my Rhubarb plant in 2021.
For zones 8 and below: start indoors in early spring 6-8 weeks before last frost, this is a cool weather crop.
Soak seeds for 12-24 hours prior to planting. Seedlings should sprout in 2-3 weeks.
Harden off and plant in the ground 2 weeks before last frost.

Rhubarb plants can take up to two years to grow to a maturity that allows you to harvest, but once established is a perennial that will provide you with Rhubarb for years to come!
